Kampot PremiumRed Pepper is the pride of Kampot. Carefully harvested grain by grain to ensure that only fully ripe berries are harvested. The result is a charming pepper with a fruity red flavour, citrus notes and exceptional length in the mouth. The pepper is grown in the south-west of Cambodia in the Kampot region.
It is ideal with red meat, oily fish, vegetables (tomatoes, peppers), legumes, and is a great accompaniment to sweet and sour dishes. For desserts, it refreshes fruit compotes, cakes (quince, cherry, citrus) or chocolate desserts.

Over 200 years of history
