Black Wild Pepper Voatsiperifery Premium, 3 x 20 g - versatile and fresh pepper
Black pepper Voatsiperifery Premium grows wild on lianas in the tropical forests of southern Madagascar. Some of the lianas reach up to 20 metres high, which makes it difficult to harvest. It is a pepper with small berries. It is also a difficult process to process because the peppercorns contain a lot of water and are very fragile. 10 kg of fresh peppercorns are needed to produce 1 kg of dry spice. This type of black pepper is therefore extremely rare.
The aroma evokes classic black pepper, while it is a very mild pepper whose flavour combines unusual, woody, resinous and earthy notes with fresh citrus and floral hints. It is particularly suited to meat (poultry, pork or lamb), combines well with salads, vegetables (potatoes), omelettes and goat's cheese, and goes surprisingly well with strawberries, melon or chocolate desserts.

Over 200 years of history
Peugeot is part of an emblematic French brand firmly anchored in the public consciousness. Its adventure began in the 19th century when brothers Jean Pierre and Jean Frédéric Peugeot converted an inherited mill into a steel foundry and began producing steel ribbons and springs for multiple uses. Over time, they expanded their production and began to manufacture, for example, sharp saws, crinolines and high wheels. The first coffee grinders were produced as early as 1840. The many inventions and innovations in the culinary world have always put the Peugeot brand at the top. Today, its table grinders are present on the tables of all great chefs across continents and even wine lovers enjoy their wine range.
