Grind, grind, grind

We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns . Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. The grinder can also be used to grind dried coriander.

Peppercorns are harvested when they are cherry red in colour and fully ripe. They are then immersed in water for a few hours so that the flesh can be peeled off, leaving only the grain, which is then dried until

RED PEPPER
