Thesolid forged aluminium core distributes heat to the edge of the pan and the contents are heated evenly. The non-stick surface of the Duraslide® Granite pan is made up of 3 layers. The titanium base layer extremely enhances long-term wear and scratch resistance. The bottom layer of magnetic stainless steel allows this design piece to be used in induction. The maximum non-stick properties are also evident in the cleaning process of the pan, where dirt slides effortlessly off the surface. The ergonomic plastic handle ensures a comfortable and secure grip.
