Zwilling Madura Plus non-stick deep frying pan, 28 cm
TheMadura Plus pans from German manufacturer Zwilling J. A. Henckels have been made from robust forged aluminium and feature a four-layer Duraslide® Granite non-stick surface. The non-stick surface makes them ideal for frying with a small amount of fat.The titanium base layeradds to their durability and extends the life of the pans, making them more resistant to wear and tear or scratches. You can use them on all types of hotplates, including induction ones, even for heating and baking in a conventional oven, up to 150°C. Thanks to the particularly high rim, the pan is very suitable for dishes that you have to stir frequently during preparation.

Zwilling enlisted the help of a renowned designer to create the Madura Plus series. This was none other than the Italian architect and designer Matteo Thun. As expected, he combined the classic Zwilling style with innovative materials. The Madura Plus pans are the perfect symbiosis of beauty and functionality.
Non-stick surface
Duraslide® Granite boasts remarkable non-stick properties and a long service life, even with intensive use. It consists of four layers to better resist wear and scratches. It has been manufactured without PFOA. Can be used up to 230°C.
Special bottom for induction
The pans have been designed for use on all types of hotplates. The special bottom made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel has been optimised for use on the nowadays so popular induction. Together with the aluminium body, the pans distribute heat perfectly for ideal cooking results.
