Emile Henry baguette mould, garnet

The ceramic baguette mould brings the little Parisian bakery right to your home - prepare the real French baguette right in your oven. The inimitable aroma wafting through the house combined with the delicious taste of a freshly baked baguette. Beautifully baked crispy crust with a fluffy and light crumb hidden inside that smells so good! No defrosted semi-finished products, just the authentic taste and aroma of a baguette baked with your choice of ingredients, just the way you like it.Each production becomes a delightful experience: Kneading the dough, watching the pieces rise, smelling the intoxicating aroma as they bake, and then biting into the warm, crispy baguettes as they come out of the oven. The art of French baguettes comes alive in your home. The mould has 3 holes in the lid for steam to escape, as well as grip holes on both sides that make it very easy to handle. The three recesses allow you to bake 3 slender French baguettes in the mould at once, each with a capacity of up to 250 g. The domed lid with holes helps control the moisture level, so without having to do anything elseto do anything else, your baguettes get that just-right crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior. Chef's Tip: For nicely cooked baguettes, just remove the lid a few minutes before the end of baking.
