The peeler has three sharp interchangeable blades: a normal blade for hard foods, a serrated blade for soft foods and a blade for peeling julienne.
The peeler can also be used in two different shapes: As a transverse peeler (Y-shape) for efficient slicing of oblong foods or as a longitudinal peeler (I-shape), which is particularly suitable for round foods - i.e. Ideal as a potato or tomato peeler.
Another advantage of the scraper is the maximum mobility of the head. Thanks to the innovative MotionBall technology, it is freely movable and can always adapt optimally to the shape of the food being cut.
