The lid will be the perfect complement to your Zwilling Enfinigy sous vide cooker. The specially developed lid has an opening that is precisely adapted to the size of the sous vide cooker.

So you can cook using the sous vide method with the lid closed. This reduces energy consumption by up to 50% as less heat and steam escape. This not only protects your wallet and the environment, but also the sous vide cooker itself, as it is less stressed due to the reduced number of heating cycles.

In addition, less water evaporates, which is especially important if you have a cooking time set to several hours. The water level during vacuum cooking must not drop below the minimum water level of the sous vide cooker. Thanks to the lid, there is no longer any need to refill the water.

The sous vide pot lid with satin finish is made of 18/10 stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and therefore particularly easy to clean. Thelid is multifunctional, thanks to the supplied silicone insert, the opening can be easily closed and used on any Zwilling pot with a diameter of 24 cm.

TWIN ENFINIGY SOUS VIDE

Sous-vide is a cooking method in which food is vacuum-packed and cooked in a water bath at the optimum temperature. It sounds complicated, but it's not: With sous-vide products from Zwilling, it's easy. Simply fill the pot with water, attach the cooker to it, set the cooking time and temperature. During the heating phase, you can prepare the food and then vacuum it into the bag using the vacuum pump. Once the target temperature is reached, the bag can be placed in the water bath. After cooking, fry briefly.
