The supremely elegant pans from the ZWILLING® Madura Plus range are the result of a collaboration between Italian designers from Studio Matteo Thun & partners and the German premium brand ZWILLING J. A. Henckels. The renowned Italian design studio conceived the pans in a minimalist style. The sophisticated black and the subtle stainless steel end cap on the handle make an impression not only in the kitchen, but also when served directly on the table. The Italian style will also please lovers of Nordic interior design, where black plays a major role.
The solid forged aluminium core distributes the heat to the edge of the pan and the contents are heated evenly. The non-stick surface of the Duraslide® Granite pan is made up of 3 layers. The titanium base layer extremely enhances long-term wear and scratch resistance. The bottom layer of magnetic stainless steel allows this design piece to be used in induction. The maximum non-stick properties are also evident in the cleaning process of the pan, where dirt slides effortlessly off the surface. The ergonomic plastic handle ensures a comfortable and secure grip.
