Made of durable, hardened High Resistance® ceramic from the French brand Emile Henry, the bowl features a pouring spout and an unusual, cleverly designed handle that allows for comfortable handling. Suitable for use in the microwave, this bowl is the perfect tool if you want to work with heated ingredients or need to melt butter or other ingredients. Thanks to the material used, which accumulates heat and can retain it, you can also use it when preparing creams or sauces in a water bath and it can also serve well as a homemade "bain-marie", i.e. "chafing dish".

The Emile Henry 4.5 litre ceramic dough bowl is effectively stackable, 16 cm high. It is made of purely natural material - double-sided glazed ceramic, so it is also great to maintain, as it can be washed in the dishwasher without any problems. HR© ceramic cookware can withstand low and high temperatures from -20°C to +270°C, is durable enough for the use of hand-held electric beaters, does not oxidise or release toxic substances.
