The ceramic mini baguette mould brings a little French baking right to your home - so you can make homemade lunch sandwiches and snack baguettes right in your oven. Just imagine: the typical smell wafting through your home combined with the delicious taste of freshly baked French pastries. A beautifully baked crispy crust with a fluffy and light crumb that also smells so good... You can customize each individual piece to your taste by adding seeds, nuts, olives or dried fruit or vegetables. You can also bake short baguettes from gluten-free dough in the mould. In short, no more defrosted semi-finished products, just the authentic taste and aroma of fresh bread!The mould has 3 steam vents in the lid and grip holes on both sides, which make it very easy to handle. The five depressions allow you to bake 5 small French-style baguettes in the mould at once, each with a capacity of approx. 100 g. The domed, unglazed lid with holes on the inside helps control the moisture level to ensure a crispy crust and fluffy crumb inside. Chef's Tip: Just remove the lid a few minutes before the end of baking for nicely cooked baguettes.
