Not a bowl like a bowl
The double-sided glazed bowl with handles and an inner diameter of 15.5 cm is made of Emile Henry Hight Resistance© ceramic and although it looks quite ordinary, it can do extraordinary things. All the foods prepared in it are extraordinary thanks to baking in the ceramic, lidded ...they remain full of flavour, moist and not dry. The lid also keeps the food warm until you serve it on the table, and last but not least, it helps to keep any aromas at bay. You can also use the Cheese Baker successfully to prepare gratin vegetables, bake individual portions of anything, not just cheese, and even bake a small loaf of bread.

From the oven straight to the table
Another advantage of small cheese bakers, cute little bowls for melting cheese, is that you can serve straight from the oven. When you take the lid off, there is usually a wow effect, because you see a completely different result than what you have been used to from conventional baking dishes. In fact, the soft brie cheese melts just slightly and gets a wonderful, creamy consistency. Cheese baker is also great for melting cheese for fondue, thanks to the special ceramic it will stay warm on the table until you've wiped out the last bit of this fragrant goodness, and if you haven't, you can safely reheat the dish in the microwave or on the stove or in the oven again. You can throw a stylish raclette party just as easily with this little cheese spreader.
